“Today, in our field, there is so much talent and recognition that we are reaching a saturation point. An artist should no longer strive only for breathtaking craftsmanship; he should, instead, try to help us live better, either by dressing the wounds that are constantly being opened by society, or by offering solutions to get us out of the mess we’re in…But it’s going to be difficult and we have a lot of work to do.” - Jean 'Moebius' Giraud

[14 x 17" - blue pencil, brush & technical pen, COPIC marker on 100lb/300series bristol board]

A larger image that I didn't think would take all damned day. And of course, inevitably, it took all damned day.

Commissions lists, I've come to find, have a tendency to fill up regardless of how many images I manage to finish. These are all the good kinds of problems, but you probably couldn't convince my aching left hand of that.

Fingers crossed that everyone is having a great, progressive and productive week so far. And again, my most sincere thanks to the fellow who'd been waiting for this image since forever.

As a fan and owner of a few of your Aeon Fluxes, I have to say another one very nicely done!
