A DAY LATE_90 minutes

So yeah...after posting as I did earlier this morning, I gave it some thought, realized I'm a TERRIBLE jerk and decided to just take it down. I've left the main points as to why I'm a day behind with this 90 minute exercise, but everything else in the middle was mean-spirited, not at all productive and just plain bad for karma.

Okay, that's all. Apologies for the soapbox. So to recap:

CAT VS. BAT_90 minutes

This one took a couple of tries - even now it's still not quite right. But whatever. Why do I draw the old, BM:TAS 'Catwoman' outfit (and even then, why do I draw her with a tail when she didn't have one in that version) instead of the current one? I don't know...this version's more fun to draw, I guess? I'm not that smart? I'm too lazy to go find reference?

Anyway, I didn't equip Bane what the Flemish call his 'accoutrement' - his trademark mask, his trademark venom gauntlet, his trademark costume, etc - so he may not be so easily reconizable. Whatever. Bats is about to choke the accoutrement out of you, you Lucha Libre reject.

BTW, 90 minute exercises are back. Thanks to my buddy, Norm Ryang, for reminding me that I used to be able to do this sh*t daily, and to Wes Alvitre for her lullaby-ish comment on the previous post. Forgot the point of the blog for a month or two there. Apologies, all - allow me to remedy that.

Good show, I had a fun time, Dustin Nguyen is a rockstar. Pardon the poor quality of the images as all of them are taken with my digital camera - or because I drew them. I used to laugh at all the, "Hey can you draw me 'Wolverine'?" requests and never really had an opportunity to do so before, but now I know he's pretty fun to draw. Thanks to all the people who dropped by and asked me to sketch for them.

One post in almost a month? That's just intolerable.
