“Today, in our field, there is so much talent and recognition that we are reaching a saturation point. An artist should no longer strive only for breathtaking craftsmanship; he should, instead, try to help us live better, either by dressing the wounds that are constantly being opened by society, or by offering solutions to get us out of the mess we’re in…But it’s going to be difficult and we have a lot of work to do.” - Jean 'Moebius' Giraud

I don't quite recollect, but were this guy's *ridiculously* large shoulder pads stem from the fact that he's from the future? Or was it because he was a victim of a 90's superhero fashion trend that had everyone wearing obnoxious, superfilous gear that seemingly served no purpose? Just wondering.
Also, I don't even know if he still wears this stuff - which could mean that I'm perpetuating and contributing to my elitist commentary. Which in turn, makes me just as guilty as the designers that put him in this goofy get-up in the first place.
Way to make it suck some more, Canete.
