“Today, in our field, there is so much talent and recognition that we are reaching a saturation point. An artist should no longer strive only for breathtaking craftsmanship; he should, instead, try to help us live better, either by dressing the wounds that are constantly being opened by society, or by offering solutions to get us out of the mess we’re in…But it’s going to be difficult and we have a lot of work to do.” - Jean 'Moebius' Giraud

WIZARD WORLD PHILADELPHIA_sketches

Good show, I had a fun time, Dustin Nguyen is a rockstar. Pardon the poor quality of the images as all of them are taken with my digital camera - or because I drew them. I used to laugh at all the, "Hey can you draw me 'Wolverine'?" requests and never really had an opportunity to do so before, but now I know he's pretty fun to draw. Thanks to all the people who dropped by and asked me to sketch for them.

One post in almost a month? That's just intolerable.

Wow, I love your drawings. I like the one with Batgirl sitting on the pillar and the Wolverine one with the arrows on his back.

I just scrolled through your archive, 90 minute warm ups, man, I'm usually spent after 60. Do you think you have to be a little OCD to get as good as you are?

As usual, great stuff Eric. My favorite is the Ironman.

The "pointy" mask was the best armor ever, though I do have a soft spot in my heart for the old
"tin can" Ironman.

I also agree with John that you should have come to Heroes.

Another preview of your Ironman in the form of an interview with Joe Casey.
