“Today, in our field, there is so much talent and recognition that we are reaching a saturation point. An artist should no longer strive only for breathtaking craftsmanship; he should, instead, try to help us live better, either by dressing the wounds that are constantly being opened by society, or by offering solutions to get us out of the mess we’re in…But it’s going to be difficult and we have a lot of work to do.” - Jean 'Moebius' Giraud

TWENTY SIX_90 minutes

"...the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person; having neither to weigh thoughts nor measure words, but to pour them all out, just as they are, chaff and grain together, knowing that a faithful hand will take and sift them, keep what is worth keeping, and then, with a breath of kindness, blow the rest away." - George Eliot

Wow man, these non superhero pieces really blow me away. I've always told you how narrative your art is, but this one is on another level completely.

Only one complaint, Eric mate. The scans are too bleedin' small. They're giving me eye strain.

Please tell me you'll publish them at a decent size in a commercially available, reasonably priced sketchbook. Either that or pop them up by a few dpi.
